Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original shoe box and dust bags, ensuring all protective materials are included before sealing them in a secure shipping carton.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our logistics center in Paris.

Once our artisans inspect the condition of the soles and leather, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
